Call for Artists and Writers – May 2013 Issue

The Light Ekphrastic seeks artists and writers interested in collaboration resulting in the creation of new works inspired by the old. Those chosen will be paired with another artist (a poet with a painter, for instance), and each will create a new piece based on their partner’s previous work. The old and new works will be presented together on TLE along with a brief explanation of creative process.

How do you go about indicating interest in participating? Do I need to submit something and then be paired or indicate my interest and then submit writing?

Just e-mail me at kineticprose@gmail.com. You’ll need to submit 3-5 works, and then I’ll pair you with another artist. Cool?
