his role is to find new notes

not masking the real, mimicking it

he studies the biome of a Mediterrean coast
recreating the earthy scents he finds in nature

flying above the canopies of the rainforest in a dirigible
making perfumes out of what he finds on his expeditions

writing about the natural wonder of watermelon snow on mountain glaciers
cutting through the vines of heavy growth in the lower Amazon for the scent of
grapefruit water, orange blossom, honeysuckle, pine trees, tenderness, wonder, evening
